1. Who we are

PropT360 is a property management platform operated by MOSSOFT ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this service.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, role.
• Property data: buildings, units, owners, vendors.
• Tenant & lease data: tenant names, contact info, lease terms, documents you upload.
• Financial data: rent, invoices, payments, expenses, cheques.
• Usage & technical data: log entries, IP address, browser, device.

3. How we use it

To provide the service, generate invoices and reports, send notifications, secure your account, comply with legal obligations, and improve PropT360.

4. Lawful basis

Performance of contract (your subscription), legitimate interest (security, product improvement), legal obligation (accounting), and consent (marketing communications, optional cookies).

5. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure sub-processors (cloud hosting, database, email delivery, AI providers) under contract. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account & financial records are retained while your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure to meet tax and audit requirements. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal limits.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted via role-based controls and row-level security.
