By creating an account or using PropT360 ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PropT360 provides web and mobile tools for property owners, landlords, and management companies to manage portfolios, tenants, leases, collections, expenses, and reports.
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized access.
You will not upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to harass any person. You will obtain all consents required to upload tenant or third-party data.
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and back up that data solely to operate the Service.
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated insights are informational and should not replace professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
